The site branding is one of the cornerstones of our our brand and communication strategy. Complementing our global communication efforts, our site branding reinforces the way we want to be perceived, reflects the overall personality of our organization and gives the authentic perspective of our culture and people management priorities, acting as the ultimate interface with our clients and employees.

The branding efforts of our production floors should still be guided by Sitel Group identity guidelines – color treatments, typography and brand visual components – obviously showcasing each site with its own visual graphics and images, that would best represent its culture and identity.

We recommend a 70%/30% mix: 70% global with 30% local flexibility.

Our BPO subsidiary will continue to go to market as Sitel, with Sitel Group as the umbrella, or parent, company of the group. Consequently, the branding efforts of our production floors should still be guided by Sitel Group identity guidelines – color platter and color combinations, typography and brand visual components – obviously showcasing each site with its own visual graphics and images, that would best represent its culture and identity.
